The affiliate lifecycle

2. Partner joins & gets link

3. Partner promotes
Section titled “3. Partner promotes”Partners share their links via content, social media, newsletters, or direct outreach.
4. Customer clicks & visits
Section titled “4. Customer clicks & visits”A potential customer clicks the affiliate link and lands on your website. Affitor records the referral.
5. Customer converts & pays
Section titled “5. Customer converts & pays”The customer signs up and completes a payment through Stripe. Affitor captures the conversion automatically.
6. Commission calculated
Section titled “6. Commission calculated”Affitor calculates the commission based on your program rules. The commission enters a 7-21 day hold period.
7. Partner gets paid
Section titled “7. Partner gets paid”After the hold period, approved commissions are paid out to partners via Stripe Connect.
